An Inventory of the Gods, chattels,
rights & credits to be exhibited in thirty days from this date, and a true
and just account, calculation and reckoning within one year from the date
hereof, or when thereunto legally required.
Inventory filed the 5th day of June A.D.
1858. Vendue list filed at the same time. Administration account passed and
filed this 19th day of April A.D. 1861, and certified to the O. Court to July
Term A.D. 1861.

township, this county [Blair], died, and was buried at Albrights church on
Sunday the 15th. At the time of her
death she was aged 82 years 7 months and 1 day. She had been a member of the River Brethren church."

home of Jerry Neterer, four miles southwest of the city. She is survived by
three daughters and three sons. Funeral services Thursday morning at ten
o'clock at the West Side church. Burial in West Side cemetery.

Mrs. CATHARINE (DICK) REFFNER, wife of
Michael W. Reffner, residing one and [a] half miles south of Roaring Spring,
died on Sunday morning at 10:50 o'clock. Mrs. Reffner had been in failing
health for several years and death resulted from a heart attack. She was born
in Taylor township on May 6, 1871, the daughter of Michael and Margaret Dick,
both deceased. She was married to Mr. Reffner on August 2, 1891, at Bakers
Summit. The couple have resided at the present home practically all of their
married life. Surviving are the husband and a number of children, those in the
cove section as follows: Elsie, wife of Paul Wisler and Dorothy, wife of Logan
McNally, both of near Martinsburg; Clara, wife of Henry Clapper; Stella, wife
of Gerald Delozier; Vera, wife of Clyde Delozier; Ethel, wife of Clair Keith
and Emory Reffner, all of Roaring Spring. There are 32 grandchildren. Funeral
services were held on Wednesday afternoon at the Albright Church of the
Brethren in charge of Rev. S.P. Early of Roaring Spring and Rev. Jacob Kinsel
of Altoona. Interment was made in the cemetery near the church.

died yesterday following an extended illness. He was a son of Michael Pote and
Margaret (Helsel) Dick and was born in Taylor township, Sept. 1, 1872. He was
united in marriage with Leah Baker forty-four years ago, who survives, with one
son, ramey Dick of Altoona and one nephew, Donald A. Dick, with the armed
forces in the south Pacific, and three brothers, Henry of Altoona and Ambrose
and Elmer of Roaring Spring, R.D. Mr. Dick was employed by the D.M. Bare Paper
company for many years but was retired from active work. He was a member of the
Albright Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received at the home.

County, a daughter of Levi and Alice Baker.
Surviving are her son, one grandson,

morning at 4.36 o'clock following a month's illness. He was born in Taylor
township Nov. 1, 1878, a son of Michael and Margaret (Helsel) Dick. He was
twice married. His first wife, the former Amanda Baker, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife, the former Ruth Riling; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Smith
of Roaring Spring, R.D., and Mrs. Mae Coshon of Gettysburg; two brothers, Henry
H. of Altoona and Elmer H. of Roaring Spring, R.D., and three step-children.
Mr. Dick was employed by the Pennsylvania railroad for 42 years. He was a

in marriage in Altoona on May 16, 1901, with Ambrose H. Dick, who survives,
with two daughters, Mrs. George Coshun of Gettysburg and Marie Dick, at home,

friends as Molly. She was married May 20, 1909, to Elmer H. Dick. Surviving are
her husband, three daughters and one son, Mrs. Bertha Dodson, Mrs. Iva Klotz,
Mrs. Phoebe Pote and Elvie D., all of Roaring Spring; six grandchildren and one
brother, George Walter of Claysburg. A number of brothers and sisters preceded
her in death. Mrs. Dick was a member of the Albright Church of the Brethren.
Friends will be received at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Fred Pote, in
Roaring Spring after 7 o'clock this evening.

HARRY KING DICK of 1649 E. Pleasant
Valley Blvd., died at his home at 3 p.m. yesterday after an extended illness.
He was born Feb. 11, 1882, in Altoona, a son of George and Anna (King) Dick,
and married Bessie A. Farrah, who died in 1957. Surviving are four children,
Hubert F. of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Ralph M. of St. Louis, Mo., Miss Martha E., at
home, and Mrs. Virginia A. VanDyke of Toledo, Ohio; seven grandchildren and
three great-grandchildren. Mr. Dick was a member of the Altoona Bible Church
and the Junior O.U.A.M. He retired from the brass foundry as an inspector in
1943 after more than 40 years of service. Friends will be received in the Myers
Funeral Home after 3 p.m.
