In the Name of Almighty God, Amen.

I, Daniel Ressler of Latrobe County of Westmoreland and State of Penna being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease.

I will unto my Daughter Laura A. Ressler the two houses and one Lot all situated in Latrobe, also My House hold goods and all Monies Deposited in the First Natl Bank and Citizens Bank of Latrobe.

2d I will unto my Daughter Mary Clabby Twenty Dollars

3d And to my Son Jacob Ressler I also will Twenty Dollars

4 And to My Daughter Sadie Altman also Twenty Dollars

5 And to My Daughter Clara Murphy also Twenty Dollars

I do make constitute and appoint Laura A. Ressler to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness Whereof, I Daniel Ressler the testator above named, have hereunto truly subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 19th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 15

Codicil to the last will and testament of Daniel Ressler.

I, Daniel Ressler, of Jeannette Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this to be a codicil to my last will and testament, which will was executed by me on the 19th day of April, 1915, as follows, to wit:

Whereas the First paragraph of my last will and testament contains a legacy to my daughter, Laura A. Ressler, at that time a single person, but who has since the writing and execution of my said last will, intermarried with Elmer Loughner, THEREFORE I do hereby reaffirm said legacy as the same is contained in said paragraph No. 1 of my said will and I accordingly change the name of my said daughter to read in said paragraph Laura A. Loughner (her married name) instead of Laura A. Ressler as the same was written in said last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal on this FIFTH day of October A.D. 1925.
