By the first day of January next for value received of promise to pay Patengail & Co. the sum of twenty six dollars with use in good merchantable grain at cash price at John Mcfarlins mill in Legonier this note was given for a faningmill* if the signed is not swi* with this mill She is to return the same by the first day of December next at Patengails factory in Blairsville and they are to furnish her with a new mill at that place providing the signed takes good cash of the mill and keeps the same in her own barn if the one third of this note is paid when due then a credit of the two thirds is to be given one year longer and if the *** of the two thirds is paid when due then a credit of the other third is to be given one year longer
