day of December next at Patengails factory in Blairsville and they are to
furnish her with a new mill at that place providing the signed takes good cash
of the mill and keeps the same in her own barn if the one third of this note is
paid when due then a credit of the two thirds is to be given one year longer and
if the *** of the two thirds is paid when due then a credit of the other third
is to be given one year longer
